Terms and Conditions for Online Booking System<\/strong><\/h3>
1. General Terms<\/strong><\/h5>

1.1. These terms and conditions apply to the legal relationship between the client and the owner of the online booking system, MT\u00dc Voose K\u00f5rts, when purchasing services through the platform at voosepaikesekodu.ee<\/strong><\/a><\/p>

1.2. In addition to these terms, the legal relationships arising from the purchase of services through the online booking system are governed by the laws of the Republic of Estonia.<\/p>

1.3. Transactions through the online booking system are only permitted for individuals who are at least 18 years old and legally competent. The individual responsible for any orders made by an unauthorized person will be the account or credit card holder used for payment.<\/p>

2. Pricing and Payment Terms<\/strong><\/h5>

2.1. All prices are in euros (\u20ac) and include VAT as required by Estonian law.<\/p>

2.2. Carefully review the pricing information provided. Prepayment is mandatory for all ordered products and services.<\/p>

2.3. The client must pay the total purchase price as a prepayment. By making the payment, the client confirms they have read and accepted all conditions and rules made available by the service provider on the online booking platform. Payments are made outside the online system in a secure payment environment. MT\u00dc Voose K\u00f5rts does not have access to the client\u2019s banking or credit card information.<\/p>

3. Orders, Cancellations and Refunds<\/strong><\/h5>

3.1. To place an order, enter the required information in the online booking system. Your order is confirmed once you receive a confirmation email.<\/p>

3.2. Payment can be made via bank link, Visa, or MasterCard debit or credit card.<\/p>

3.3. Cancellations can be made up to 3 days (72 hours)<\/strong> before the start date of the service. To cancel, please send a notice to tanel@voosepaikesekodu.ee<\/a><\/strong><\/p>

3.4. To make changes to an order, please create a new booking and request the cancellation of the previous one. New bookings may be subject to updated prices and availability.<\/p>

3.5. For late cancellations or no-shows, MT\u00dc Voose K\u00f5rts reserves the right to retain the prepaid amount.<\/p>

3.6. If the client cancels within the specified timeframe, MT\u00dc Voose K\u00f5rts will refund the purchase amount as quickly as possible, but no later than 14 calendar days<\/strong> from the receipt of the cancellation request at tanel@voosepaikesekodu.ee<\/a><\/strong><\/p>

3.7. For payments made by bank transfer, refunds will be returned to the same account used for the purchase, covering the full purchase amount.<\/p>

4. Processing of Personal Data<\/strong><\/h5>

4.1. MT\u00dc Voose K\u00f5rts processes personal data entered by the client in the online booking system (e.g., name, phone number, email address) primarily for fulfilling the order and in accordance with MT\u00dc Voose K\u00f5rts\u2019 privacy policy.<\/p>

5. Other Provisions<\/strong><\/h5>

5.1. Disputes between the client and MT\u00dc Voose K\u00f5rts will be resolved through negotiations. If an agreement cannot be reached, the client has the right to contact the Consumer Protection Board to protect their rights. Disputes and issues not covered in these terms will be resolved based on the laws of the Republic of Estonia.<\/p>
